2012 Student Travel

Expeditions

These tours last about 3 weeks and are based on fully explore the culture and landscape of the selected destinations.
Fieldwork

The fieldwork trips are relatively short (10 to 12 days) and are usually most central destinations from where daily excursions to the surroundings.
Community service trips

During these trips students take about 30 or 40 hours of community service in a total period of two weeks in which they live and are intimately involved with a community and a specific project.

Among the destinations that are set for 2012 include community projects in Peru , Tanzania and Cambodia travel and field work are in cities like Buenos Aires, although there is an option in Sicily or the Grand Canyon in the United States. But if yours is the adventure and have a restless spirit can make an expedition to Alaska , the Galapagos Islands or New Zealand.

The student travel project aims to expose young people in secondary education to a new destination, an experience that can be revealing in youth. Besides some of the expeditions or trips students are accompanied by some of the figures in the world of National Geographic, as professional photographers, biologists and scientists or adventurers.
